A Parisian center dedicated to changing eye color
New Eyes Paris is a center in the 6th arrondissement of Paris that performs a single procedure: keratopigmentation, which permanently changes eye color. It is performed there by 2 ophthalmic surgeons.
The center was born from the method FLAAK, developed in 2013 by Dr. Francis Ferrari, who that year performed in Strasbourg the world's first cosmetic eye color change operation. Since then, more than 2500 procedures have been carried out there, and surgeons from all over the world have come to train there.

The inventor of the technique
Dr. Francis Ferrari performed the world's first aesthetic keratopigmentation in Strasbourg in 2013 and has since trained surgeons worldwide. He authored the first publication describing the technique, followed by studies on its safety and results.
A single, controlled intervention
The center specializes in eye color change: it is the only procedure performed here. Our surgeons have carried out over 2500 such procedures since 2013.
Dedicated pigments
We exclusively use the 8 Neoris pigments, developed for aesthetic keratopigmentation and manufactured in Switzerland according to strict pharmaceutical standards.
Scheduled follow-up
A follow-up visit is scheduled for the morning after the procedure, followed by another check-up 6 months later. Consultations are conducted in French, English, Italian, and German.

Your journey to the center New Eyes Paris
From the initial consultation to the final check-up, changing your eye color takes place in four stages. The medical details of the procedure are presented on the page dedicated to keratopigmentation.
The first landmarks, from your home
A few online questions about your eyes and medical history will tell you if a color change is possible, even before you leave home. A free simulation shows you how the different shades will look on your eyes.
Preoperative consultation
A complete ophthalmological examination by the team of New Eyes Paris and a personalized simulation to help you calmly choose your color.
The intervention
Approximately 30 minutes for both eyes, on an outpatient basis. After a rest period of about 30 minutes at the clinic, you return home or to your hotel.
Controls
A visit the morning after the procedure at the center New Eyes Paris and then a check-up 6 months later. Flying is possible from the next day, unless the surgeon advises otherwise.
Possible colors
From blue to green, including grays and honey tones, 12 shades are possible. The page dedicated to colors presents them one by one, showing the results on light and dark eyes.
A personalized simulation is offered during the initial consultation so you can see the results for yourself. An online simulator provides a preliminary preview.

Where is the center?
All eye color change procedures take place at the center New Eyes Paris, in the 6th arrondissement. The center receives patients from all over France and the world, and consultations are conducted in French, English, Italian and German.
The center is located at 6 rue de la Grande Chaumière, a stone's throw from Montparnasse and the Luxembourg Gardens. Consultations and procedures take place in the same location.
An initial contact can be made via video conference or telephone if you live far from Paris, before any travel.
